Fake Pokemon- Forelisk

my entry for ~nissemann123456789's ultimate starter evolution contest. this one is obviously the evo for a sceptile.
and by the way, if you've noticed, i've tried a new way of coloring on this guy, so i wanted some feedback and opinions about it, as this may affect my future works. thanx guys ^_^
